FSA Psychology is a trusted and compassionate provider of mental health services in our community. Previously known as Warehouse One7 and with specialisation in supporting children, adolescents, and their families, the change to FSA Psychology coincided with the expansion of our service to include adults. This expansion enabled us to provide a comprehensive and integrated community service across all ages and increase our ability to meet the mental health needs observed in our community. We have extensive clinical mental health expertise and an ethos of meeting people “where they’re at”. FSA Psychology will help you better understand difficult emotions and behaviours and learn strategies to manage these effectively.

Help in understanding what to do when sadness, flat or low mood, or a sense of emptiness is prolonged and impacting a person’s ability to enjoy and function in daily life
Anxiety and Stress
Support in understanding and learning to effectively manage day-to-day or chronic stress and a variety of anxiety disorders, including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Attacks/ Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Illness Anxiety Disorder, and Specific Phobias.
Grief and Loss / Adjustment
Support in adjusting to significant change and loss in life, including physical health, relationships, employment and income, and bereavement.
Support for those diagnosed or suspected to have challenges relating to Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Social / Relationship challenges
Support when experiencing challenges in forming or maintaining relationships and managing conflict and relationship boundaries.
Victims of Crime and Trauma
We operate from a Trauma Informed Framework that is based on five core principles – safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment – to promote healing for people who have experienced trauma. We provide treatment for people referred under Victims Services who have been psychologically, emotionally and/or physically injured within the context of an act of violence.
We offer support to help parent / carers manage the stress and anxiety associated with parenting is affecting the ability to enjoy and function in life. We offer support to help manage the complex adaptations and demands of parenting, strengthen relationships, feel confident, and enjoy parenthood.
Support for those experiencing or impacted by challenging behaviour.
Under a valid GP referral (Mental Health Treatment Plan), which allows up to 20 subsidised sessions per year. You are required to book appointments with your GP to obtain a re-referral after a maximum of 6 sessions.
Session fee: $135.00 per 50 minute consultation with rebate of $87.45 processed on the spot
Session fee: $175.00 per 50 minute consultation with rebate of $127.45 processed on the spot
Bulk billing is available (i.e. no out of pocket cost) for those with a valid concession card
Private Health Insurance
Session fee: $135.00 per 50 minute consultation
Session fee: $175.00 per 50 minute consultation
Some private health insurers will provide a rebate with a receipt of payment. Please check with your health fund.
Reports and Letters
Our clinicians can complete a brief letter during your session that is free of charge. Additionally, any GP correspondence can be provided to you on request.
Detailed 1-2 page reports can be provided upon request and cost $130.00
Third party funding including NDIS
You can use NDIS funding if the funds are Self-Managed or Plan Managed by a Local Area Coordinator (LAC). These fees come out of your NDIS plan.
Session fee: $214.41 per 50-minute session
NDIS reports: $130.00
You are not eligible for a rebate under medicare or private health insurance under treatment from a provisional psychologist. If you are allocated to a provisional psychologist and are not funded under a third-party, sessions will be charged at $50.00 per 50 minute consultation.
Missed appointments, rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone, message or email. Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, your card will be charged half (50%) of the total session fee. Where a session is missed without notice, your card will be charged the full scheduled fee.
SMS reminders are automatically sent 48 hours prior to an appointment, allowing opportunity to cancel. No rebates are paid by Medicare for missed appointments. If you are using NDIS, your plan will be charged the relevant fee.
