About Us
FSA Health & Wellbeing is an initiative of Family Services Australia - a not-for-profit community organisation committed to breaking the cycle of disadvantage and advocating that all people have the right to participate in the workforce and community.
FSA Health & Wellbeing celebrates diversity and acknowledges each individual's wellness journey. We have an ethos of 'meeting people where they're at' to ensure that people feel empowered, heard and respected.

We encourage all clients to provide anonymous feedback to us to assist our service development. Your feedback will assist Family Services Australia in ensuring we are providing quality care to our community. To complete a Client Satisfaction survey please follow this link.
If you would like to make a specific complaint about our service or your experience, you can complete this form. If you nominate to be contacted further, a member of our management team will follow up within two weeks following your response.
